A bit about your new role:
As an SAP WM Consultant, you will have the chance to shape how Royal Unibrew sets up and utilizes SAP WM across all subsidiaries. You'll join a high-activity team as one of our primary WM specialists, using your expertise to create a robust template for all future projects. This role offers a unique career opportunity to leave your mark on our growing organization.
The Royal Unibrew growth strategy involves acquiring companies with strong local brands and gradually integrating them through common systems and tools. We are at the early stages of this journey with SAP, aiming to build and implement a WM system with SAP as a key component and roll it out across our international organization, allowing for local customization.
Your main tasks will be:
As an SAP WM Consultant, you will engage across the entire value chain—from identifying needs, through design and development, to final implementation. Understanding the interconnectedness of other SAP functional areas is crucial. With "you build it, you own it" as our foundation, your primary tasks will include:
- Identifying needs and wishes through close dialogue with local managers, SAP super users, and teams via interviews, workshops, etc.
- Creating requirement and functional specifications, translating business requirements into functional requirements, and then into solutions.
- Designing Warehouse solutions that integrate smoothly into the overall logistics setup.
- Participating in or leading SAP projects, managing WM deliveries through hands-on configuration, and utilizing external consultants.
- Conducting unit and functional tests, bug fixing, and supporting final implementation.
- Providing user support post-implementation in collaboration with business super users.

- Experience from several full implementation cycles.

- Handling Unit Management
- Batch Management
- Integration to Mobile Applications
- Stock Room Management (future)
