Master Data Manager, Group Controlling - SAP Finance

Are you strong in processes, structure, and attentive to details?

Then it might be you we are looking for, for an exciting position as a Master Data Manager in our Group Controlling Team.

Royal Unibrew is a dynamic company with a strong presence in the beverage industry. As part of our growth strategy, we have made several acquisitions in recent years. We are seeking a skilled Master Data Manager to join our Group Controlling team and take on a key role in managing SAP master data, with a primary focus on Finance.

A bit about your new role:

In this position, you will have a significant impact on your daily work, which will naturally involve various daily operational tasks. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our documentation, processes, and procedures are adhered to. In addition, you will play a key role in rolling out SAP in one of our recent acquisitions.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Develop and implement material master data governance policies for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data standards, best practices, and quality metrics.
  • Oversee creation, modification, and deletion of material master data records in SAP systems.
  • Lead initiatives for material and general master data improvement, ensuring enhanced overall data quality.
  • Manage a team of two Master Data Specialists, providing leadership, guidance, and support while fostering a collaborative culture.

At Royal Unibrew, we have undergone several acquisitions in recent years, and our strategic focus is on integrating these acquisitions into the Royal Unibrew SAP system. This role plays a pivotal function in contribution to a seamless rollout of these integrations.

We hope you can recognize yourself in the majority of the list below:

  • Master's degree (MSc) in Economics, Finance, Business, or other relevant fields.
  • Extensive expertise in SAP master data, with a focus on material master data and the supply chain area.
  • Several years of hands-on experience working with SAP and master data management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and transfer knowledge to others.
  • Previous experience in a line manager role is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus, though not a must have.
  • A dedicated team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and high-performance culture within a team.

Your new team:

Here you join Group Controlling and 11 good colleagues in a positive, open and welcoming environment. We think as a team, we act as a team and we win as a team. We cover four different areas of responsibility in the team: Group Business controlling, S&OP, Front-end Power BI reporting and Master Data. In addition, we play an important role regarding integration of acquisitions. We have a good and close collaboration with stakeholders across the international organization and a shared dedication towards improvement of our existing processes and tools.

Why work for us?

You will have the opportunity to apply your skills in an informal and relaxed environment that encourages you to be yourself. We actively share knowledge, helping and supporting one another. Anticipate a competitive compensation package with numerous benefits, including all the Faxe Kondi Boosters/Cult/Rockstar you can drink.

Of course, we also offer a delightful lunch plan, excellent coffee, and all the other amenities that contribute to a great workday. Additionally, we provide shower and changing room facilities for those, for instance, who prefer to cycle to work.

Operating under a highly flexible model tailored to individual needs, this position offers opportunities for remote work on specific days each week. You don't need to reside close to our headquarters in Faxe to handle your responsibilities.
