 HRIS Specialist - Royal Unibrew

Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive HR excellence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Group HR team.

As an HRIS Specialist, you'll play a vital role in optimizing our HR information system (SuccessFactors) across our diverse portfolio of companies spanning over 10 countries.

Reporting to the Group Cheif People Officer, the new HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the continued implementation of HR IT and SuccessFactor specifically to continue the roll out of its functionalities in all Royal Unibrew entities.

A bit about your new role:

As the key liaison between Group HR, Country HR Directors and IT, you'll lead the enhancement and integration of SuccessFactors into everyday business operations. Your expertise will ensure a seamless connection between HR processes and technology, empowering our teams to thrive.

Your primary tasks will be (but not limited to):

  • Spearheading the technical rollout of SuccessFactors functionalities across all Royal Unibrew entities.
  • Leading projects to develop and optimize IT-based HR processes, collaborating closely with country HR teams.
  • Facilitating the integration of new organizations into our HR systems during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Training, mentoring and coaching the international HR community and superusers.
  • Delivering ongoing HR reporting services and analysis, creating employee data reports to help senior leaders lead their areas.

Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a driven individual with proficiency in SuccessFactors and a track record of driving HR cycles forward across varying levels of IT maturity. Your strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage across cultures will be essential in this role.
